Shipping Policy
At Runako Wellness, we take pride in ensuring your products reach you safely, promptly, and in perfect condition.
Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Pre-Orders
• Selected products are available for pre-order with an estimated arrival date of mid-October.
• Pre-orders will be dispatched as soon as stock arrives.
• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once all items are available.
• If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please place them as a separate order.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
• UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
• International Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance)
• International Express Delivery: 3–7 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy seasons.
Shipping Costs
• Calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.
• Free UK Standard Delivery on orders over £75.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
• If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
• If your order is delayed or missing, contact us at contact@runakowellness.com so we can investigate and assist promptly.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Runako Wellness purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged.
• Pre-orders: The same returns and exchanges policy applies to pre-ordered items, calculated from the date you receive your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at contact@runakowellness.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• If you wish to exchange for a different product, we will ship the replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Price differences may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
